Manchester United's Bruno Fernandes named PFA Player of the Year

Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes has been named the men's 'Player of the Year' by the Professional Footballers' Association (PFA). The Portuguese midfielder provided a Premier League-record 21 assists during the 2025-26 season. Meanwhile, Manchester City forward Khadija Shaw was named the women's 'Player of the Year' for the second time, having previously won the award in 2024.
