Mandun villagers in Himachal's Churah face threat of landslides

Residents of Mandun village in Churah in Himachal's Chamba district live under constant fear of landslides from both sides. With the onset of winter and the possibility of rain and snowfall, villagers fear the situation could worsen. Large portions of agricultural land in the village have already been lost to landslides, while the ground continues to sink at several places.
