Mangaluru East police conducted a raid at a café near Kankanady Circle on Monday night, uncovering unauthorized hookah smoking on the premises. Acting on a tip-off, officers arrived at around 8:45 pm and found several young individuals consuming tobacco via hookah inside the establishment.
