Mangaluru police book rival gangs over sword-wielding clash

Mangaluru city police have registered a suo motu case against two rival factions after their members allegedly attempted to trigger a gang war by brandishing swords on the outskirts of the city. The confrontation reportedly took place on the night of September 9 near Ganada Bettu junction in Kannur.
