Manipal Health gets SEBI approval for ₹10,000-crore IPO

Manipal Health Enterprises on Monday received SEBI's approval for its IPO worth around ₹10,000 crore and could become one of India's biggest healthcare listings. The offering comprises a fresh issue of shares worth about ₹8,000 crore and an offer for sale of up to 43.2 million equity shares. Manipal may also undertake a pre-IPO placement of up to ₹1,600 crore.
