Manipal Hospitals announced that they have entered into an agreement with private equity firm Multiples for a 100% stake in Bengaluru-based Vikram Hospital. "We are delighted to welcome Vikram Hospital into our network," said Dr Ranjan Pai, Chairman, Manipal Education and Medical Group. The acquisition marks Manipal group's 10th hospital in the city.
