Manipur BJP not united, PM Modi simply doesn't care: Jairam Ramesh

Congress leader Jairam Ramesh criticised PM Narendra Modi and the BJP over Manipur violence, saying that the BJP in Manipur is not united and that PM Modi does not care about it. He added, "A group of BJP MLAs from Manipur went to submit a memorandum to the PM…He did not see them, of course."
