Manipur police arrest 13 for circulating non-consensual explicit videos

Manipur police arrested 13 people, including a minor, under 'Operation Dignity' for allegedly distributing non-consensual explicit videos and CSAM via Telegram and WhatsApp. Over 6,000 clips were recovered and 38 channels were neutralised. The accused reportedly charged around ₹150–500 for access. Cases were registered under IT Act, POCSO, and BNS.
