Manipur to reopen National Highways, Imphal-Dimapur bus to resume

The Manipur government on Saturday announced the reopening of the state's National Highways, allowing free movement for people from all communities. Movement on NH-37 and NH-2 in the state has been affected due to blockades since ethnic conflict erupted in May 2023. The government also announced the resumption of the Imphal-Dimapur bus service via NH-2, halted due to the blockades.
