Manipur violence pre-planned, China behind the unrest: Sanjay Raut

Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut claimed that Manipur violence was pre-planned and that China is involved in igniting violence. He further said that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi went to Manipur amid a tensed situation, however, PM Modi still hasn't gone. He added, "What action did [Centre] take against China? [Manipur CM] should resign and President's rule should be imposed."
