Manish Sisodia, Satyendar Jain booked in ₹2,000-cr classroom 'scam'

An FIR has been registered against AAP leader and ex-Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia and ex-Delhi PWD Minister Satyendar Jain over an alleged ₹2,000 crore scam in the construction of 12,748 classrooms at exorbitant costs. "Significant deviations and cost escalations were observed, and not a single work was completed within the prescribed period," the Anti-Corruption Branch said.
