Manju Warrier files defamation suit against filmmaker Sanal

A court in Kochi issued notices to filmmaker Sanal Kumar Sasidharan and Shajan Skaria, who runs a Malayalam online news portal, in an injunction suit alleging defamation of actor Manju Warrier. Warrier’s counsel alleged Sanal spreads false news about her and creates 10,000 pieces of content daily to defame her. Court also directed Meta to remove the alleged defamatory content.
