Mankind Pharma to buy Bharat Serums and Vaccines for ₹13,630 crore

Mankind Pharma on Thursday announced it has entered into an agreement to buy a 100% stake in Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited (BSV) from Advent International. The deal worth ₹13,630 crore is expected to close within 3-4 months. Reportedly, a consortium of Swedish private equity firm EQT and the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority was also bidding for BSV.
