Manmohan Singh writes to Chandy's wife, says 'He'll be remembered'

Former PM Dr Manmohan Singh has written a letter to former Kerala CM Oommen Chandy's wife Mariamma. Singh wrote, "I've learnt with profound sorrow the death of your beloved husband." "He was a mass leader...who devoted his...life for the service of the people. He will always be remembered for his contribution to...Congress and...Kerala," he added. Chandy passed away on Tuesday.
