Mannar festival dispute over sweets leaves 4 arrested

Four men, Pramod, Binu, Saji and Sunilkumar, were arrested in Mannar for allegedly assaulting a woman and her brother during Sree Krishna Jayanti celebrations. The dispute began when the woman's brother and his friends picked up sweets that had fallen during Uriyadi. The woman was allegedly abused, had her shawl torn and her arm twisted while intervening.
