Man's testicle 'explodes' after he contracts rare infection

A British man's testicle "exploded like a volcano" after he caught a rare infection known as African Salmonella while on a holiday in Tunisia. Adding that the testicle grew so big that he had to carry it around in his hands, the man said, "I can't even begin to explain the pain that I was in."
