Manvi Madhu Kashyap becomes India's 1st-ever trans woman sub-inspector

Manvi Madhu Kashyap, who hails from Bihar's Bhagalpur, has become India's first trans woman sub-inspector. Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission announced the results for the Sub-Inspector examination recently, revealing that three transgender candidates successfully cleared the test and are poised to join the state police force. "Transgender youths are very capable," Kashyap has said.
