Many directors rejected the script: Haasan on 13 yrs of 'Dasavatharam'

Speaking about his film 'Dasavatharam', which has completed 13 years of its release, actor Kamal Haasan shared on Facebook, "[It] was a script which was declined by many directors, who...didn't understand it." He also revealed, "Towards the end of the filming, during the tsunami sequence, we realised we needed a crore more [for]...the [climax] visuals written by me."
