Many execs exit Upstox on autonomy issue, changed strategy: Report

Several executives, including Upstox's CTO, CHRO and CGO, have reportedly resigned in the past year over founder overreach, among other reasons. "There were major issues with autonomy...some [leaders] refused to bow," an ex-executive told YourStory. As per Upstox CEO Ravi Kumar, the exits were for personal reasons, but Upstox's changed priorities, including pausing US expansion, was also a factor.
