Many foreigners among 21 people killed in Delhi hotel fire

Many of the 21 people who were killed in the hotel fire in Delhi's Malviya Nagar were foreigners. Most of them had travelled to India for their or their family members' medical treatment and were staying at the hotel which is located near Delhi's top medical centres. The fire broke out around 8:50 am in the restaurant of the hotel.
