MapmyIndia IPO to open on December 9 at ₹1,000-1,033 per share

The IPO of CE Info Systems, which operates MapMyIndia, will open for subscription on December 9. The company, which powers Apple maps in India, has fixed a price band at ₹1,000-1,033 per share for the IPO. The IPO is entirely an offer for sale of 1,00,63,945 shares with a face value of ₹2 each by existing shareholders and promoters.
