Marico acquires Vietnamese firm Beauty X Corp for ₹172 crore

Marico Ltd has acquired the Vietnam-based personal care firm Beauty X Corp for about ₹172 crore through its wholly owned subsidiary, Marico South East Asia Corporation (MSEA). Beauty X owns female personal care brands, Purité de Prôvence and Ôliv. The deal is expected to be completed by March 31, 2023, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
