Marilyn Manson filmed up my skirt with a GoPro backstage: Singer Ellie Rowsell

British singer Ellen 'Ellie' Ciara Rowsell has accused American singer Marilyn Manson of filming up her skirt with a GoPro backstage at a festival a few years ago. "There were no repercussions for his behaviour...his tour manager simply said 'he does this kind of thing all the time'," Rowsell tweeted. "I don't think he knows...meaning of consent," she added.
