Meta has disclosed a new risk factor pertaining to CEO Mark Zuckerberg. The company said Zuckerberg and other executives participate in high-risk activities like combat sports and extreme sports, which carry the "risk of serious injury and death". It added, "If Mr. Zuckerberg were to become unavailable for any reason, there could be a material adverse impact on our operations."
