Market ends 5-day losing streak as Sensex jumps 770 points

Indian benchmark indices ended in the green on Monday, ending a five-session losing streak amid broad-based buying across sectors. Sensex was up 776.01 points or 1.02% at 76,835.78 at close, while Nifty jumped 228.50 points or 0.96% to end at 23,995.95. Eternal, Interglobe Aviation, Infosys and Bajaj Finance were the biggest gainers, ending 5.63%, 4.94%, 3.66% and 3.5% higher, respectively.
