S&P BSE Realty, which reflects the performance of the real estate companies listed on the BSE, on Thursday gained 23.40 points (1.80%) to close at 1326.14. DLF emerged as the top gainer, climbing 6.5%, after its promoters raised their stake in the company through ₹25 crore-worth open market transactions (direct purchase from stock exchange). Phoenix Mills was the top loser.
