Married woman stripped and beaten up in Arunachal; 15 people held

A married woman in Arunachal Pradesh was assaulted by villagers after she allegedly ran away with another man, following which 15 people were arrested. They allegedly stripped her and cut off her hair. The woman said she wasn't having an affair with the man she eloped with, adding that her husband used to assault her, which also resulted in miscarriages.
