Masked man holds minor hostage with knife, demands ₹1 lakh in UP

Panic erupted in Najibabad in Uttar Pradesh after a masked 24-year-old man held a minor girl hostage at knifepoint inside a clothing shop on Wednesday evening. The accused demanded ₹1 lakh and a motorcycle before police rushed in, rescued the girl, and arrested him. The child suffered a minor knife scratch.
