Massive crocodile sparks panic after straying into Bihar village

A massive crocodile sparked panic after straying into Khontaha village in Bihar’s Supaul district near the Nepal border. Residents spotted the reptile near a house and alerted Dial-112 and forest officials. A team, assisted by Bhimnagar police and villagers, carried out a difficult rescue operation. The crocodile was captured safely and will be released into the Kosi River.
