Massive fire at residential building in Delhi kills 9

At least nine people died and around seven were injured after a huge fire broke out at a four-storey building in Delhi's Vivek Vihar. Local Municipal Councillor Pankaj Luthra said that bodies were charred beyond recognition. "People are attributing this to a short circuit, but nothing has been officially confirmed yet regarding the exact cause of the incident," he added.
