Massive fire in naphtha pipeline at Indian Oil refinery in WB, 15 workers injured

A massive fire broke out in a naphtha-carrying pipeline at Indian Oil-owned Haldia Refinery in West Bengal's Purba Medinipur district in early Tuesday hours. Around 15 workers are reported to be injured with some in critical condition, even as the cause of the fire is being ascertained. Naphtha is a highly flammable liquid hydrocarbon mixture derived from crude oil.
