Matt Cardona edited the image of Chelsea Green, and his United States Championship wins and posted it on his social media handles. The real-life partners became the first male-female pair wrestlers to win the US title. Cardona aka Zack Ryder described his relationship with Green with the caption, "Then. Now. Forever. Together."
