Matt Henry becomes 1st NZ bowler in 36 yrs to top ICC Test bowling rankings
Matt Henry has become the first New Zealand bowler in 36 years to climb to number one in ICC Test bowling rankings. The 34-year-old fast bowler achieved the feat after registering a match haul of 11-109 in second Test against England at Oval. Former New Zealand all-rounder Richard Hadlee had topped the ICC rankings multiple times between 1984 and 1990.
