Matt takes audience on a journey: Nolan on 'The Odyssey' casting

Legendary filmmaker Christopher Nolan recently explained why he chose Matt Damon as Odysseus, the main lead, in his upcoming film, 'The Odyssey'. Nolan said, "You need somebody who will take the audience on this journey." He added that Matt's role as Mark Watney in 'The Martian' showed his ability to portray a hero fighting for survival in an extreme situation.
