Matter of pride that most of our PMs are from humble families: PM

PM Narendra Modi on Thursday said it's a great pride for Indians that most of our PMs belonged to humble families. "Coming from a remote countryside, from a very poor family, coming from a farmer's family, reaching the post of PM, this strengthens the faith in the great traditions of Indian democracy," he said at the inauguration of 'Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya'.
