Mauritius announces highest civilian honour for PM Modi

Mauritius PM Dr Navinchandra Ramgoolam announced that PM Narendra Modi will be conferred the country's highest civilian award "The Grand Commander of the Order of the Star and Key of the Indian Ocean". PM Modi is the first Indian to receive the honour. "It's an honour for historic bond between India and Mauritius," PM Modi said on receiving the award.
