Max Life MD Rajesh Sud quits, to be replaced by CFO Tripathy

Max Life Insurance on Friday said its Managing Director Rajesh Sud has resigned after "18 years of building" the company. "It has been a privilege to have built Max Life since inception and to have led it for a decade," Sud said. Prashant Tripathy, currently a Senior Director and Chief Financial Officer of the company, will replace Sud from January.
