Max speed limit on Yamuna Expressway capped at 75 kmph due to fog

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has capped maximum speed limits on the 165-kilometre stretch connecting Noida and Agra due to foggy conditions. Light vehicles can run at a maximum speed of 75 kmph, while heavy vehicles are restricted to 60 kmph. Effective from Sunday midnight until 15 February, violators will face fines ranging from ₹2,000 to ₹4,000.
