Mayawati alleges irregularities in Rajasthan civic polls

BSP chief Mayawati claimed her party candidates were 'forcibly defeated' by a few votes due to 'government machinery irregularities' in Rajasthan urban local body elections. BSP won 19 wards. BJP led with 4,179 wards against Congress' 3,613, securing majorities in Jaipur, Udaipur, Kota, and Bhilwara municipal corporations.
