Mayawati picks Ishan Anand, rules out Akash's BSP return

BSP chief Mayawati announced that nephew Akash Anand and his sister will have no role in the party. Instead, Anand Kumar's other son Ishan Anand will be given an organisational responsibility. Mayawati cited Akash's post-marriage conduct and alleged influence of his father-in-law Ashok Siddharth as reasons for permanently excluding him.
