Maybe he was cheated: Anil Ambani's lawyer to Supreme Court in bank fraud case

Supreme Court on Friday heard arguments in a petition questioning why CBI and ED hadn't arrested Anil Ambani in an alleged bank fraud case involving thousands of crores. Lawyers representing Ambani told the court that "maybe he was cheated" in the transactions under scrutiny. The court said it would "be very shy to order arrest unless the investigating arm wants".
