Mayur Uniquoters announces results and share buyback; jumps 10%

Mayur Uniquoters Limited shares surged 10% to ₹689.95, after reporting PAT growth of 16% QoQ and 19.4% YoY, while revenue from operations rose 6% YoY but fell 3.6% QoQ. The Board approved buyback of 5 lakh equity shares, representing upto 1.14% of the company’s total number of equity shares, and fixed 23rd August as record date.
