Mazumdar-Shaw re-appointed Infosys' lead independent director

Biocon Chairperson Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw has been re-appointed as the lead independent director of Infosys from April 1 for five years. "Kiran has been a pillar of strength to the board, especially over the last 18 months, as we steered the company to stability and growth," Chairman Nandan Nilekani said. She is also the chair of Infosys' Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
