MCA gathering info on BYJU'S, probe decision expected soon: Report

Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) is gathering information on BYJU'S after its auditor and board members' resignations, Bloomberg reported. A decision on formally probing BYJU'S is also expected soon, based on an assessment of the gathered information. MCA officials are checking if BYJU'S auditor Deloitte and its former board members submitted a report to the government when they resigned.
