MCD pilots hygiene hub with toilets, laundry & clean water

The Municipal Corporation of Delhi is piloting a community amenity centre at Ekta Camp, RK Puram, modelled on Mumbai's Suvidha centres. The ₹2.5 crore facility, built by HUL under CSR, will offer 46 toilet stalls, showers, 8 washing machines, and RO water at ₹3/use, ₹70/laundry cycle, and ₹1/litre. Completion expected in three months.
