MCD suspends 3 building engineers after Satya Niketan PG collapse

The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has suspended three building department officials days after a PG in Delhi's Satya Niketan collapsed, killing seven people. The officials were suspended for dereliction of duty and negligence over action against unauthorised constructions. The civic body has also demolished 41 buildings and sealed 61 others found to be unauthorised as part of its crackdown.
