McDonald's chooses Sanjeev Agrawal as new partner for north and east India

McDonald's has appointed Sanjeev Agrawal as the new developmental licensee for its operations in north and east India. Agrawal is the promoter and Chairman of MMG Group, whose Moon Beverages is a bottler for US drinks giant Coca-Cola. McDonald's had bought out former partner Vikram Bakshi's 50% stake in their joint venture company, which runs McDonald's outlets in the region.
