MCG fines 9 people for illegally dumping garbage, 7 vehicles seized

To tackle the air pollution menace, the Municipal Corporation of Gurugram (MCG) increased mechanical sweeping and sprinkling of recycled water on roads and at places where construction is underway. An MCG spokesperson said that fines were issued to nine people for keeping construction material uncovered and dumping garbage illegally. The body also seized seven vehicles for carrying mixed garbage.
