Meant no disrespect: Education Minister as SC slams NCERT's 'judicial corruption' chapter

Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said he was deeply saddened by NCERT textbook row. “There was absolutely no intention to disrespect the judiciary, and government had no such motive,” he added. Pradhan said government will make sure such a mistake doesn’t happen again. SC ordered a blanket ban on the textbook which included a chapter on “corruption in judiciary”.
