Medanta Hospital in Noida charges man twice the treatment cost, notice issued

The Office of the Chief Medical Officer of UP's Gautam Buddha Nagar issued a notice to Medanta Hospital in Noida Sector-50 after a person alleged he was overbilled. Prashant Kumar, a Greater Noida resident, claimed he was quoted ₹50,000-₹60,000 per day but was billed twice that amount. "This gives the impression that you are misleading the public," the notice said.
